Flatcoffee is an independent coffee shop and roastery born in Dublin.

What started as a single neighbourhood café in Walkinstown has grown into a small collection of spaces built around the same idea: good coffee, thoughtful food, and places people genuinely enjoy returning to.

We opened our second shop in Aylesbury in 2025, launched our roastery later that year, and continue to grow while staying close to what matters most — quality, consistency, and community.

We work with seasonal coffees chosen for character and clarity, roasting lightly to let each coffee speak for itself. No unnecessary complexity, no trends for the sake of trends — just coffees we genuinely enjoy drinking every day.

More than anything, Flatcoffee is about the everyday moments around coffee: familiar faces, quick conversations, slow mornings, and neighbourhoods that feel a little more connected because of them.
